Angel Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco for frosting
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directions on box.
Spread evenly on ungreased large cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown on top, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Loosen sides and turn onto a clean dish towel.
Start at one end and roll cake up in the towel.
Cool completely in towel.
