Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 oz.) pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 c. honey
15 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast with warm water and set aside.
Put sugar, salt, oil and honey in a bowl.
Add scalded milk and mix.
Let this cool to room temperature and then add yeast and water and mix again.
Add 5 cups whole wheat flour, then one at a time, until all is used.
