Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    seasonings (salt and pepper)
    2 apples, sliced
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on top of stove (save juice from chops).
    Put chops in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Put sauerkraut over top of pork chops.
    Mix juice from sauerkraut and pork chops; add to the top of the sauerkraut dish.
    Slice 2 apples and place on top of sauerkraut.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
