Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked black-eyed peas
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
4 medium sausage patties
Preparation

Combine cooked black-eyed peas, hot sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, pepper and salt. Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place onion slices, catsup and sausage on top and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until sausage is brown.
