Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, crumbled
    2 c. grated extra sharp cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1-lb. hot sausage
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crumble bread slices, set aside. Brown sausage and drain. In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese, repeat. Pour milk into eggs. Add salt, pepper and mustard, mix well. Pour liquid over layers. Cover for 12 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
