Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon (rind and juice)
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    1 pt. hot water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all together; cook until thick.
    Cool and fill prebaked pie shell.
    (Beat egg whites a little bit before cooking.)
