Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. fresh apples, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    In separate bowl, mix thoroughly eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients, then add apples and pecans.
    Mix well by hand. Bake 1 hour in ungreased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
