Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. box rotini or small shells
    1 small red onion
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
    1 small green pepper
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1 small can pitted ripe olives
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni (may replace pepperoni)
    1 grated carrot
    1 c. cubed cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain. Slice mushrooms, zucchini and pepper.
    Chop onion.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with tight lid.
    Make 2 packages of dry Zesty Italian dressing according to directions.
    Pour over salad. Gently stir. Better if refrigerated overnight.
