Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 jar Old English sharp Cheddar
2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 English muffins

Preparation

Hand mix all ingredients.
Spread on muffin halves.
Put in freezer 1/2 hour.
Cut each half into 8 pieces and then freeze until ready to use.
When ready to serve, place uncovered in broiler, 1 or 2 minutes until golden brown.
