Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. diced raw potatoes
salt and pepper
water
Preparation

Saute onions and potatoes until semi-soft.
Add corned beef and stir until separated.
Add water, a small amount at a time, to keep hash simmering and soupy but thick.
Serve over rice.
