Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 large pepper, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 c. washed uncooked rice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Cook onions and pepper in fat until onions are golden.
    Add beef and fry until mixture falls apart.
    Stir in rest of ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole, cover and bake about one hour in moderate oven (350\u00b0), removing cover last 15 minutes.
