Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 small pack stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes.
    Chop into small pieces after cooked.
    Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs and more shredded cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
