Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets
    1 pone cornbread
    5 to 6 slices bread
    chicken stock
    1 medium onion
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 or 2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Boil giblets for stock.
    Saute chopped onion and celery in butter until just done, not brown.
    Crumble cornbread and moistened bread slices in bowl with enough stock to moisten.
    Add all other ingredients with bread and enough chicken stock to make it real soft.
