Chocolate Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream the Crisco and sugar together until very smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add sifted flour and milk alternately.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes three 9-inch layers.
