Vegetable Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, thinly sliced
    1 leaf stalk celery
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cans beef broth
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 can kidney beans, undrained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Italian zucchini squash
    1/4 c. uncooked pasta
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger (may be added)
    water (enough to cover)
Preparation
    Saute onion, carrots and celery in oil.
    Add hamburger (optional) and brown.
    In a large kettle, combine all ingredients. Simmer until pasta is done.
    Serve.
