Aunt Bea'S Company Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 Tbsp. butter
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. thick sour cream
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Brown meat in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
    Boil noodles, drain.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and peppers.
    Butter casserole dish, put half the noodles in it.
    Cover with the cheese mixture.
    Put the rest of noodles over the cheese mixture.
    Pour over the melted butter. Put hamburger sauce over all this.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
