Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 medium potatoes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
snipped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

For Sauce:
In small pan, stir together the milk, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in onion.
