Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
5 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Combine 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup of water in a glass mixing bowl.
Microwave at High speed 2 to 3 minutes; stir until butter melts.
Cool to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
