Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. nuts (walnuts)
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix applesauce and soda in bowl; set aside.
Mix all other ingredients, then add applesauce mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 10-inch tube pan.
