White Tassle Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dry minced onion
1/4 c. hot water
2 lb. ground round
3 oz. jar strained beef or veal baby food
2/3 c. canned clear beef broth
1 pkg. regular hot dog buns
Preparation

Combine dry onion and hot water in a cup and let stand for 10 minutes to soften.
In medium mixing bowl, combine ground round with the beef and add clear broth.
Shape the beef mixture into patties using 1/4 cup of meat mixture for each one.
Cut each hot dog bun into 2 equal pieces and cut off rounded ends.
