Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening, butter flavored
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir up. Pour into a well oiled baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees until lightly browned.
