Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Beat in oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Beat in grated zucchini.
    Sift flour with salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
    Blend into zucchini mixture.
    Add nuts. Turn into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
