Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into French fry strips.
    Boil until done.
    Pour about half of liquid off and add margarine, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add just enough flour to thicken.
