Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. margarine
1 pt. sour cream (low-fat)
Preparation

Mix the potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine (melted), salt, onion soup, sour cream, cheese (except 1/4 cup) and ham.
Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
