Warm Apple Dessert Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 to 2 Tbsp. rum, brandy, liqueur or cognac
Preparation
    Blend ingredients until smooth.
    Brush a small frying pan with oil, heat it but not to smoking.
    Add 2 tablespoons batter and tilt the pan to cover bottom with batter.
    Lightly brown on one side, then cook for a few seconds on the other side.
    Slide onto a saucer and stack with waxed paper in between.
    Makes 14 to 16 crepes.
    May be frozen.
