Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 well-beaten eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder two or three times.
    Combine wet with dry ingredients.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Add carrots, small amount at a time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on sheet cake pan or in layers for 1 hour.
