Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. half and half or milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    In 1 quart casserole, combine green onion, garlic and butter. Microwave at High for 30 to 60 seconds until butter melts.
    Add cream cheese.
    Microwave at High 45 to 90 seconds to soften cream cheese.
    Mix in remaining ingredients, chill overnight.
