Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. water
    taco chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain grease.
    Add water and simmer until rice is tender.
    Place in casserole dish. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and then cheese. Serve with taco chips.
    Easy and very good!
