Piccadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. capers
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. water
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Brown, drain and crumble beef.
    Chop and saute vegetables (onion, pepper and garlic) in olive oil.
    Add beef and remaining ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour over white rice or fry potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch lengths and add to mixture.
