Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil zucchini and onion together, then drain.
    Combine butter, eggs, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
    Mix in zucchini and onion.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle crumb mixture over zucchini casserole.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
