Mary Liz Daniel'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1 lb.) cranberries (raw)
    1 whole orange
    2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. lemon gelatin
    3 c. hot water
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put washed, raw berries and whole orange with skin included (remove seeds) through a meat grinder twice.
    Mix well with sugar and let stand.
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in water and cool until partially set.
    Add cranberries and other ingredients; cool until firm.
    Using ring mold, fill center with cottage cheese at serving time.
