Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or shortening
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten well
    2 2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat together butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs.
    Mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in chocolate chips. Spread in 10 x 13-inch baking pan, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Better and moister than Toll House pan cookies.
