Cheese And Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black or cayenne pepper (I use 1/4 if cayenne)
    8 oz. pork sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well, then add sausage and mix.
    Form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
