Carrot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Whirl in blender for 2 minutes.
    Serve over equal parts shredded red and green cabbage.
    Top with chopped scallions. Makes 2 cups.
