Kennett Square Mushroom Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning or any desired herb
    1 large loaf sandwich bread
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Saute the mushrooms and onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add the cream cheese and seasoning.
    Remove crusts from bread; flatten with rolling pin.
    Spread mushroom mixture on bread slices.
    Roll up slices; dip into melted butter.
    Partially freeze before cutting each roll into 3 pieces.
    Freeze.
    When ready to serve, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
