Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
-
Mix together.
Blend for 2 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour in loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with crack; if it looks doughy in crack, bake longer.
Will not hurt if top looks brown because frosting makes it soft.
