Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) sauerkraut
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
3 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
sprinkle of garlic powder
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and garlic; drain grease. Cut sauerkraut with scissors into fine pieces. Place cream cheese, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, mustard, pepper and sauerkraut in bowl; mix well (may need to use your hands). Add sausage; chill for 1/2 hour.
