Best-Ever Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 well-beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl; make well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir quickly just to moisten dry ingredients.
    Fill muffin cups, greased, 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
