Easy Crust For Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
water (enough to make mixture thin enough to spread on loaf bread)
4 or 5 slices trimmed loaf bread
any fruit you wish to use
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour and sugar.
Add enough water to spread easily.
Place fruit in an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish with 1/4 cup of margarine and sugar to taste.
Place in microwave; cook until margarine is melted.
Place loaf bread on fruit.
Pour mixture of flour, sugar, margarine and water on loaf bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
