Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs. of your favorite chicken parts
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
    4 cloves garlic mashed
    1 tsp. black pepper
    A few sprigs of parsley or watercress for garnish
Preparation
    Place chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, garlic and black pepper in a large bowl.
    Mix so chicken is well coated. Refrigerate, covered for 24 hours.
    (You can also put some of the marinade and chicken into ziplock bags and freeze until needed.)
