Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
22 Ritz crackers, crushed (1 c.)
Preparation

Beat egg whites; slowly add sugar, then vanilla.
Add crackers and nuts.
Bake in a buttered pie tin 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
Cool; top with sweetened strawberries and whipped topping.
