Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. orange peel, grated fine
Preparation
    Separate eggs, beat yolks and honey until light and creamy. Add carrots, nuts, flour and cinnamon.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, top with mixture of softened cream cheese mixed with lemon and orange.
