Lemon Lush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    2 c. milk
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 small can coconut
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese with 1 cup Cool Whip and sugar. Beat well and spread over the crust.
    For next layer, mix pudding with milk.
    Beat until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer.
    Spread remaining Cool Whip over this and sprinkle with coconut.
    (Chocolate pudding mix works well, also.)
