Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Blend in the flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook.
    Stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in 1 cup of the cheese until melted.
    Combine macaroni and cheese sauce.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
