Regan Dodd'S Viennese Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. butter
    4 oz. confectioners sugar
    1 lb. cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.
    Add about half of the flour, the sugar, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of water. Beat until thoroughly combined.
    Beat in remaining flour.
    Stir in pecans.
