Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. bulgur (uncooked)
    2 cans no-salt-added tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    6 oz. no-salt-added tomato paste
    2 (8 oz.) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 cans no-salt-added red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low setting for 7 hours or more.
