Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. carrots, finely grated
    1 small can pineapple with juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; beat in eggs.
    Measure and blend dry ingredients together.
    Add to sugar, oil and eggs.
    Fold in pineapple with juice, vanilla, carrots and nuts.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 until done when tested with toothpick.
