Black-Eyed Peas(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
2 cans black-eyed peas, drain, reserving liquid
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. jalapenos, seeded and chopped
Preparation

In microwave, melt the margarine and cheeses in casserole. Mash peas with fork.
Stir peas, garlic, onion and jalapenos into cheese mixture.
If mixture is too thick, add some reserved black-eyed pea liquid.
Serve warm.
