Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. popped popcorn
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
Preparation
    Boil butter, brown sugar and syrup 5 minutes; pour over popped corn in cake pan.
    Put in oven and cook 40 minutes at 225\u00b0 until crunchy.
    Stir often.
