Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded low-fat cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Cut in shortening.
    Stir in cheese. Add buttermilk.
    Stir just until dough clings together.
